The new AmEco Bravo 12 Plus Turnout 100g is a revolutionary blanket made from plastic water bottles! This sheet has the quality, design and features of Amigo that you love but is made out of sustainable and eco-friendly rPET polyester material. rPET stands for recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate polyester material and it is strong, durable and fully comparable to standard polyester fabric. 218 plastic bottles are recycled to create 1 turnout!
Steps to creating rPET material;
- Bottles are collected and recycled
- Bottles are processed into flakes
- Flakes are melted and yarn is spun. The yarn is woven into fabric and rPET is created
- rPET fabric is cut and sewn to create the turnout

This horseware blanket left me disappointed. The first one I ordered was completely missing the neck cover straps. Adam’s was great to deal with on getting it swapped out with HW. just finally used it for the first time and it runs way smaller than most. A 75” in amigo normally fits this horse well. The 75 in this blanket fit like a 72. I won’t purchase another one of this line after having multiple quality issues
