Easy Change Bates WIDE Gullet Set contains 4 WIDE Gullets that will fit in your WIDE Bates Saddle only. The Convertible Easy Change Gullet System is a revolution in convenience and comfort for horses and riders. Developed to ensure that a saddle maintains the best fit for a horse by allowing riders to change a saddle's fit to suit a horse's changing shape. The Easy Change WIDE Gullet System works with WIDE Bates or WIDE Wintec Saddles only and provides the flexibility of changing the fit of a saddle to suit a horse's changing shape. You can easily determine the correct gullet width for your horse with an Easy Measure Gullet Gauge, which is included in the kit. Sizes: 1XW, 2XW, 3XW and 4XW

To avoid damaging your horse's back, it is important to check the fit of your saddle regularly, regardless of discipline and type of saddle.
Please note that the WIDE gullets are only meant for use in Wintec and Bates WIDE saddles. The use of regular gullets in a WIDE saddle, or WIDE gullets in a regular saddle can damage your saddle.
New WIDE saddles will ship with a 2X gullet installed.
