Herm Sprenger Dynamic RS Full Cheek Snaffle Bits are designed with an ergonomically formed mouthpiece that lies perfectly in the horse's mouth resulting in soft and even pressure on the entire tongue area, encourageing the horse to chew. In addition this bit supports the contact to the corners of the mouth in a very effective way, helping to keep the horse on the bit. <
Sensogan:
- An alloy of copper, manganese and zinc that is an improvement on aurigan
- Reduced copper content and the addition of manganese helps to regulate the oxidation process
- May be a better choice for horses who salivate too much with a copper bit
- Will keep its white gold color longer
The Herm Sprenger Dynamic RS Full Cheek Snaffle Bit has a gentle joint in the middle which is smaller than other lozenges and angled 45 degrees forward to give soft but very effective instructions for better contact between horse and rider.
- Top part of cheeks is slanted
- Metal: Sensogan with stainless steel cheeks
- Thickness: 16mm only
- Ring Size: 50 mm (1.9685")
- To make sure the bit is fitted correctly in the horses mouth, the arrow on one butt end must always be on the left hand side pointing forward.

Helpfulness
My horse likes it!
May 10, 2018
I was annoyed by the price and did not want to buy this bit. But, my horse made it clear it was in fact better. The attention to detail is what you would except from HS. The weight is solid and the horse can hold it nicely in his mouth. The careful detail of the mouthpiece and how it fits over the tongue with even pressure is lovely. The metal combination produces a nice soft feel without a mouth that is just slobbering everywhere. The Full Cheek is slightly curved so when you use it to turn the horse, the ends do not dig in and provide even pressure that don't bind with the noseband. I really love it!
