Herm Sprenger Offset Eye Stirrup Irons

I purchased these stirrups recently with a bit of skepticism, hoping they would improve my leg position but not really believing that they would. I was so pleased to discover that they do actually, not, I think, because they face forward but because they remove the irritation of the leathers rubbing on my shins, thereby making it easier for my feet to face forward. While I always ride in tall boots or half chaps, with these irons I could simply ride in paddock boots. I feel that my seat is more stable now. Thank you so much!
