Special note from the manufacturer:
The Rambo Dry Rug is meant for short term use in drying the horse while standing in ties or being walked. It is not meant to be left on the horse for long periods of time nor should it be left on the horse loose in the stable where they could roll. The fabric, by nature, has a texture that soaks up water and dust very effectively from the coat. If it comes into contact with loose shavings or other foreign materials, it has a tendency to get caught up in the fabric and then can be very hard to detangle.

If you buy this rug ...don’t go near shavings!

If you buy this rug heed the warning to not go near shavings. Site I bought from did not have that and mine is ruined after one use. Pony rolled in her stall and you cannot get shavings off. Spent hours already trying to get them off. Does dry well but too fragile for our barn use!

The dry rug- a great cooler for post workout, for having on for a trip in the trailer, to keep your horse clean, etc. My one word of warning- don't let your horse loose in the stall with it on, especially if they roll- you will be picking wood shavings off of it for weeks.
