The Korsteel Twisted Copper Dr. Bristol Full Cheek Bit is a training bit which is can help with horses who lean on the bit, block contact or pull. The copper encourages salivation which helps to soften the mouth and decrease bracing of the jaw. The twisted ridges apply pressure to the bars of the mouth and lips making it uncomfortable to lean against. Should the horse still pull, the Dr. Bristol flat center link is set at an angle and will apply a sharp edge to the tongue to remind the horse to give.
