These boots were highly recommended by a friend. They do live up to the fit, comfort, and utility. However, upon putting them on for the first time, one of the pulls, or ear pulls, the loops sewn into the back of the boots at the top to help you get them on, came unattached. I was very dismayed by the lack of quality of the craftmanship. Since it took two weeks longer to get them than I was promised due to Ariat supply, I decided not to return them. I still wear them for the purpose I purchased them, but I havent' repaired them yet.
