Shipping & Returns Policy
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – An RMA must be submitted to initiate the return process. See the “Request a Return” page at adamshorsesupply.com for guidance and processing.
- Return shipping – Unless the item is damaged or there is an error on the order (see below), return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds – Once the item is received and determined to meet the above-stated return criteria, a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days from the date the return is processed and will only be applied to the original method of payment.

RETURN POLICY AND GUIDELINES
ACCEPTABLE RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
*Adams reserves the right to reject any item(s) that do not meet these requirements.
- Eligible items may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Eligible items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with tags
attached. - All shipped-in returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (see below).
SADDLES
Restocking fees will be charged for all returned saddles according to the condition in which they are returned. Saddles will be examined and evaluated by Adams owners and staff prior to refund being processed.
- -5% restocking fee - Saddle must be in NEW condition. No blemishes, marks, dings or stirrup leather indentations.
- 15% restocking fee - Saddle must be in ALMOST NEW condition. No blemishes, marks or dings. Slight stirrup leather indentations are acceptable.
- 50% restocking fee - Saddle is returned with visible dings, marks, blemishes or other damages. Slight stirrup leather indentations acceptable.
TIPS FOR TRIAL RIDES
- Use fleece, flannel or other soft material sleeves on stirrup leathers during trial ride to reduce the severity of the leather indentations.
- Do not wear pants with pockets or other abrasive detail that could rub or scratch the saddle leather.
- DO NOT use conditioners or oils on any part of the saddle.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Bits, thermometers, and/or any items that are used inside a horse’s body.
- All SALE items
- Special Order items
- Liquids, sprays, gels, and other “consumable” products
- Undergarments
- Burlingham orders
DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on your order, please contact us immediately at 877-322-7387. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item will need to be submitted for verification. If deemed acceptable, a free return shipping label will be emailed, and either a replacement will be provided or a full refund issued.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
In the event of a manufacturing defect, photos and a written description of the issue will be necessary to present to the manufacturer for their warranty assessment. Although we are happy to advocate on your behalf, the manufacturer has the final say in all warranty claims.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
Once the order leaves the Adams’ warehouse, an email with tracking information will be sent to the customer. At that time, Adams cannot claim responsibility for the delivery of your package. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided.
