The Catago FIR-Tech Training Saddle Pad combines all the benefits of the popular FIR-TECH saddle pad with elastics training straps. The saddle pad has Systemax fiber fill and inner material with woven ceramic particles that convert and reflect the horse’s body heat as an electromagnetic infrared heat radiation that penetrates the tissue and widens the blood vessels. This results in increased flexibility and suppleness of the back muscles. The elastic training bands encourage the horse to engage the abdominal muscles and hind quarters resulting in better muscle utilization and collection, thus improving balance and movement. The elastics are fastened with large snap buckles to the saddle pad and can be adjusted lengthwise as needed. A soft plush lining around the elastics ensures that the horse is not worn by the elastics during work. Introduce bands slowly and with caution until your horse is comfortable with the sensation.
