Cold Therapy Directions

1. Freeze GelPaks for 6 hours. Store them in your freezer so they are at the ready any time you need them.
2. Lay GelPak flat and evenly disperse gel before putting on leg
3. Use Elastic Wraps or place inside EquiFit Ice Boot
