GreenGuard Muzzle Insert

The GreenGuard Grazing Muzzle inserts are made of soft, pliable material. They can be added to your GreenGuard muzzle for a softer material for your horse, and to help protect their teeth and prevent wear. The Diet style insert will further restrict grazing as well, for the horses and ponies who need a little less intake. 

Made with a curved shape that matches the bottom of the muzzle surface curvature, this non-toxic insert simply snaps into your GreenGuard Muzzle

Additional reasons to use the insert include protecting your muzzle from extra or excessive wear and prolonging it’s life, or to have a softer material for your horse’s grazing surface. You will still need to check for signs of teeth wear as you would with any muzzle, but the softer material may help a wearing issue.

Available in horse and pony muzzle sizes. No mini is available at this time.

CAUTION: Please ensure your horse is comfortable grazing in the GreenGuard muzzle prior to using an insert.

Please note, the 'Diet' insert is severely restrictive. Please be sure your horse is used to grazing without an insert before adding the insert.

The Standard will not further restrict grazing and grass intake.
